Sukaneka SKBeeJay 2008

Sofea's school's Sukaneka was held on April 4, 2008, which was a Friday. I don't know why it was scheduled to take place on a weekday, but I was glad that I didn't have to go through the hassle of applying for annual leave (and the hassle of getting it approved) before being able to attend the event. *grin*




The Sukaneka (Sports Day) on April 4 was for Years 1, 2 and 3, so kira for the kecik-kecik students only-lah. Oh and the preschoolers of SKBeeJay too.

Students of Years 4, 5 and 6 had their (bigger and grander) Sports Day on April 6, i.e. on the following Sunday. Time tu baru ada macam-macam booths set up selling balloons, food&drinks, ice-cream and other goodies. Gempak lagi kot, that one. But I didn't go, so I can't really tell.

Sofea and her classmates took part in the "Rolling Stones" acara. She had to roll a ball using a hoop from the starting point, all the way to a cone set up a few metres away, go around the cone and back. Her team, the Syah Bandar team aka the Red Team, won first place.

sofea memang serunut sebab dpt jumpa kawan dan main and ambik hadiah. mak dia serunut amik gambar, tapi lepas tu tak larat nak upload semuanya hahaha

bf: memang excited pon dia. siap allocate space kat book rack untuk trophy itu dan trophy2 yang akan datang bercita-cita tinggi sungguh anak dara saya itu. :P yang bestnya, semua peserta (johan sampai no.4) pun dpt trophy masing-masing, kalah atau menang belakang kira. in addition to roti bun gardenia dan sekotak susu :)

woowee .. Aliya and Asha are both in Syahbandar house too .. (psst u shud ask Aiidin's classteacher to put hin in the same house, when the time comes la) ..

and you're right. no hassles for you. I couldn't attend the event. *kicks self* .. and to make matters worse, MrGart couldnt' attend it either. Talk about letting your kids down eh? But he sent her over to school and hang out a bit.

Anyway. sungguh meriah. Memang meriah sekolah itu sebenarnya. psst, apa alamat rumah awak ye? manala tau nak hantar kuih-muih ke? ahaks!

gart: tu yang i heran tu, how come ada event on a weekday. if it was last year, i'm pretty sure i won't be able to attend myself, so you need not feel bad. bukan easy-peasy nak dpt cuti. worst case i think i kena amik emergency leave. *sigh

ohh awak nak antar food ke? hee hee. bila ada 'habuan' nak dikongsi tu sms lah kita.
